Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mdcparts account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
